The quality of the house and service is very good! At first, I was skeptical about how quickly and how well the house would turn out, but the process was pretty quick and I am sad to part with Steven. The workers were all very friendly and they care about the quality of service. Not only was the team quick to help but even now, after the house is finished, I can ask for help and they are quick to respond. I had control over the costs and I also got to contribute my opinions a lot. The house decorations and design are also very eye-pleasing.

Premium Woodcraft Homes Ltd. as the Subcontractors has provided foundation work and we have always found their team to be experienced and skilled as well as dedicated and hardworking. Our most recent project is a challenging 20,000 sqft residential construction in Surrey requiring creative solutions and expert workmanship. The Premium Woodcraft Homes team proved both competent and resourceful in meeting or exceeding all our performance metrics. Although the project is ongoing, the foundation work was safely completed on time and within budget. Premium Woodcraft Homes shares our absolute commitment to quality and helped establish a high expectation from the outset for the remaining trades. Additionally, we have felt that claims have been presented fairly and deficiencies resolved in a timely manner.
Essence Properties
Essence Properties is pleased to advise that we had the opportunity to work with Premium Woodcraft Homes Ltd on our most recent townhome project, Noble, in which Premium Woodcraft was responsible for forming all concrete footings and foundation walls, placing thermal breaks, placing rebar and pouring the concrete.
We found Premium Woodcraf's organizing, management, and foundation expertise very competent and thorough. Woodcrafts Staff interpersonal skills in dealing with engineers, site personnel and construction trades were all received and appreciated by all parties.
Both Steve St Denis and Site Superintendent Adam St Denis exhibited knowledge of foundation formwork and Architectural and Structural drawings, and was able to perform their scope of work smoothly, on schedule and with minimal amount of site disruptions.
