WHO WE ARE

Steven first came to BC from Montreal in 1984. He had a passion for the West Coast landscape, as well as the vision of being part of BC's future in home and Land development. His spirituality, as well as focus on moving forward and Father of four, has inspired him to fulfill his dream of being a quality builder. He takes great pride in attention to detail, which is put into every home that carries his name.

Built on faith and strong family values. Steven St Denis graduated from College with a degree in Drafting, and always had a love for the creativity of the building world. He has been framing and building homes for the last 25 years with the dream to one day work alongside with his sons.

In 1999 that dream came to fruition, Steven’s oldest son David joined the team, growing with and helping to grow his Fathers operation. Later in 2000, Steven’s second oldest son Adam and in 2001 his youngest son Paul join the team and have all since been an integral addition to the company. We establish partnerships with our clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the community, allowing us to consistently deliver the most cost effective, complete, innovative solutions and continue to succeed in propelling the business to new heights with top-of-the-line equipment, technology, and techniques. With over 25 years of experience we are known in the industry as being competitive and dedicated to our passion for completing our projects on time, on budget and to a high standard of quality. We have earned the reputation of being an outstanding company and by utilizing innovative design and best practice construction techniques. Producing tremendous efficiencies in construction sustainability, acoustics and cost savings.
